Chicken with peaches - it's not for everybody, You say. But my husband, an avid lover of such culinary experiments, I ate this chicken for a sweet soul, thus praised this unusual combination, delicate taste and aroma!

Cooking
Breasts do not require pre-marinating and any training. Just wash, dry. In a wide bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Roll the chicken Breasts with the mixture. Fry in clarified butter 10-12 minutes until tender. Put the fried breast on a dish and cover so that they are not cooled.
For the remaining Breasts from the frying oil, lightly fry, cut into thin half rings red onion.
To the onions add the chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add chopped slices of peaches. The recipe stated that the peaches need to clean, but I cut directly with the skin, it did not spoil the taste. Add the lemon zest and cook until the sauce thickens. At the end of cooking the sauce you want to add shredded Basil, ideally green, but I only had purple.
Feeding breast need a side dish (pasta or rice), watering peach sauce. Bon appetit!
