Vegetable goulash soup
Delicious, fragrant and very bright thick goulash soup. Notes of cumin and garlic will add diversity and enhance the immune system in early spring. Sun all spring mood, good health and eternal spring in your hearts! Happy Women's day!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    800 ml

Onions, peppers (I had orange), tomatoes (pre-scald and remove the skin or to use ready) - cut into small cubes.

All together spread on a pan or in a pan with non-stick coating, add the tomato paste, sweet paprika and a little water and stew under a lid for 10 minutes, several times to stop.

Grind cumin in a mortar. If you have ground cumin, this step is skipped.

Cut into small cubes the potatoes.

If the vegetables were braised in a frying pan, then you need to put them in a pan, add the potatoes, salt and hot water. Cook on low heat for another 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are done. If you are cooking for children, at this stage to remove them for a portion of soup into a separate pan and serve with a little sour cream.

5 minutes before end of cooking the soup, season with cumin and squeeze the garlic. Bon appetit!
