  • Penne

    400 g

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

To prepare the products.

Onion and garlic finely cut and fry in olive oil until transparent.

Tomatoes cut into cubes, chili pepper finely chop and add to the frying pan with onion and garlic. Add salt and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Boil Penne according to instructions on the package, top with sauce and sprinkle with parsley. You can sprinkle with grated cheese.
