Trout fried with mushrooms and pickles

Ingredients

  • Trout

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Oyster mushrooms

    350 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Lettuce

  • Spices

Fish butchering carcasses without head, cut into chunks, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and spices (hops-suneli seasoning for fish). Set aside to marinate.

Proceed to garnish. Oyster mushrooms cut into small pieces, onion and peeled pickled cucumber strips.

Oyster mushrooms to fry in a pan without oil to evaporate moisture. Add the oil, chopped garlic and onions. When the onions become soft, add the cucumbers. Slightly warm, adding a little water.

Marinated fish is placed on a heated with oil pan and fry on both sides until Golden brown. Cover to cover, as the crisp may not be possible. On the plate put lettuce, a slice of trout on top of onion mushrooms and cucumbers and a side of boiled potatoes, decorated with a sprig of parsley and cranberries.
