It is no secret that pasta dishes that are in themselves fairly quick recipes, helping out us in the modern rhythm of life! But, how nice, when the minimum time is obtained to prepare not just "macaroni and cheese" or with sausages... This delicious version of the sauce for the pasta makes it a truly festive dish and this despite the simplicity (and speed!) cooking!

Cooking
In a large pot put to boil water for spaghetti. Meanwhile, using a mixer grind the shelled walnuts.
In a frying pan with a heavy bottom to heat the butter and add to it a nutty crumb.
Fry on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. The kitchen will spread a wonderful nutty flavor...
Meanwhile, in boiling salted water to put uvarivaetsja spaghetti or any other Your favorite pasta! (I had square spaghetti! ))) Boil according to the manufacturer's recommendations...
In a frying pan to the nuts pour the cream and stir. In boiling sauce, add chopped parsley, squeeze the garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste! Fry about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, ready to throw the pasta in a colander (do not forget to save a Cup of liquid from cooking spaghetti!... She you might need, if the sauce get too thick, or simply to achieve a desired consistency of the finished sauce). Put the spaghetti in the pan with the sauce and mix everything well (if necessary, add a little reserved liquid).
Serve IMMEDIATELY! Sprinkle to taste with grated Parmesan cheese...
