Tolma (dolma) - one of the favorite dishes in Armenia. There is the classic rules of cooking, but every family tolma is prepared differently. I offer a recipe used in my family.

Cooking
Grind the meat, add lard and water to the minced meat became a secondary fluid.
Well kneaded minced meat, add spices. If you can find seasoning for stuffed vegetables will be even tastier.
After that, knead the mince for 5-7 minutes to become homogeneous.
Ready-made stuffing wrapped in leaves. Add to the pot, pour water to cover the dolmades. Cook for 1.5-2 hours. To the finished dish and served the sauce: sour cream, cilantro, garlic.
