Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Chicken egg

Garlic
1 tooth

Salt

Black pepper
Cooking
Fillet separated from the bones, cut into cubes about 1*1 cm.
Add the egg, starch, mayonnaise and garlic (you can, incidentally, without him, it turns out not worse), salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon into the pan and fry until Golden brown.
