Vegetable Kugel
Hearty delicious dish, a kind of casserole. The idea of the recipe comes from a magazine "School of Gastronome"

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Vegetables and herbs to wash. Potatoes, carrots, zucchini peel and grate on a coarse grater. Lightly squeeze. the herbs and garlic finely chop, mix with vegetables

2. Spinach boil until tender, drain the water, dry and cut into strips.

4. Pour in the vegetables with the flour, stir until a thick dough. Add lightly beaten eggs, mix well.

Pour into a small baking dish with olive oil, heat it in the oven for 5 minutes, pour them on top of vegetable mixture. To put the Kugel in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C and cook for another 15-25 minutes, until Golden brown. 7. Serve hot or warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
