We bought a pretty piece of trout and just couldn't not eat them!
Trout cut into large cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat in a pan olive oil and fry until it will turn brown plates of garlic along with pine nuts. Remove. Throw on this butter fish cubes and skumanich from all sides, 2-3 minutes. Remove and put in a bowl with nuts and garlic. In the same melted butter and cod liver oil to fry very lightly, spinach (or cook the spinach for a couple).
