Salad with herring
I'm terrible adventuress and love to alter long-familiar and favorite dishes. Herring under a fur coat, when it is so loved, because of the mayonnaise was for me banned. I began to cook with yogurt, not too stuck to the recipe. A few years ago I tried to do so, and, well, my God, for me it's perfect! A new dish, but it taste like old. Beet only no, but you can add. Do you want to try?

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Herring cut into fillets, cut into cubes.

Boil potatoes, cool, cut into cubes.

Avocado peel, remove the seeds, flesh cut into cubes.

Eggs boil, cool, separate whites from yolks. Proteins grate on a coarse grater.

The yolks aside. For the filling: yolks mashed with a fork with mustard, season with pepper and salt, depending on saltiness of the herring, add the lemon juice. Gradually add olive oil until the consistency of thick cream.

In a salad bowl or glasses to put the ingredients in layers in any order, on each layer and placing a little filling.

The top layer is grated protein, seasoning with freshly ground pepper.
