Stuffed chicken is always tasty.

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Paprika sweet

  • Mandarin

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Chicken

    2 kg

  • Allspice

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

Mix ingredients for marinade, RUB the mixture in the chicken and leave for at least 2 to 3 hours.
