Got lucky today with fish and decided to cook this dish!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Clean and wash the fish.

Fish cut into pieces of 2-2,5 cm thick.

Onions cut into rings, carrots and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Season with salt and pepper and place on oiled pan.

Carrots salt to taste and spread on top of fish.

Then put onions.

Sprinkle with the cheese.

Pour mayonnaise. Predvaritelno bake in preheated oven at 180-200 degrees.
