Salmon salted with squid
Is the design of the fish I saw in the store. Only there was salmon with squid. The price is not right to say little. And I decided to cook it at home, only in a budget option. This method of salting of salmon I use for a long time, it never failed -familiar to us dry the salmon comes out tender and, oddly enough, to the best of the bad fat. So, help yourself!
