Cooking
Rib chop into large pieces and rinse.
Put the ribs on a dry pan and fry on medium heat for about 15 minutes under a lid. (If the ribs are lean, add a little vegetable oil).
Mix all ingredients for sauce.
Pour the sauce in the skillet to ribs, mix well, cover and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
