Cooking
Let's prepare the meat. It is well to wash and dry with paper towel. Spread on a baking tray lined with foil in several layers.
Now measure out the desired amount of seasoning. All the dry seasonings, combine with salt and grind in a mortar. Garlic finely chop.
Add the spices orange zest and juice, Kikkoman soy sauce and thyme leaves. All mix well, adding the ketchup and vinegar.
Coat meat with marinade on all sides
Wrap tight in foil and tied with thread to give the correct form of pork. Marinate at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Bake in a well preheated 220 degree oven for 15 minutes, then low down the heat to 170 degrees and bake for another 1 hour. Our pork is ready!!!
