Jelly dessert with rice
Delicate and airy structure, a simple set of ingredients and very simple cooking method.

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Boil the rice in sweetened water until tender.

Soak gelatine in a little water, give to swell. Then dissolve in a water bath.

Cheese (or cottage cheese) combine with cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, cinnamon, beat with a blender.

Add the dissolved gelatin to the curd, probity blender. Then add cooked rice and spoon stir it. I left the rice whole, but it can also be crushed with a blender.

Pour into molds and send in the refrigerator. I have large cookie cutters in volume, so got 2 PCs.
