Buckwheat on-kupecheski
Like when people don't have to worry about lunch or dinner. And what mistress doesn't? After all, the house is still much to do...😊

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    0.25 cup

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

step-0
Meat cut into small cubes, fry in soy sauce in a deep hot pan for about 8-10 minutes, until almost cooked. Cut onion into quarter-rings, carrots-julienne (or grate on a coarse grater). Add to the meat a little vegetable oil and vegetables, fry everything for 5-7 minutes. PS: If you don't like soy sauce, then use vegetable oil and salt. Personally, I'm most recipes use sauce, it offsets the amount of oil and replace salt.
step-1
Add to the pan buckwheat, favorite spices (e.g. pepper, Khmeli-suneli, curry, etc.), stir, pour 1 liter of boiling water and put a Bay leaf. Allow to simmer until almost all water is evaporated.
step-2
Diminish the fire. Natiraem garlic on a small grater and add to the buckwheat, meat and vegetables. Stir again, cover with a lid and give extinguished for another 10-15 minutes. Along with the garlic, you can add dry, frozen or fresh greens.
step-3
Everything is ready, Bon appetit!
