Incredibly soft rabbit in a stunning sauce. One of my favorite dishes. Perfect emergency food for a family meal, as cooked on the stove (or slow cooker) and does not take the oven. A recipe from the web, forum kleo.ru

  • Dry white wine

    2 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 share

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

The marinated rabbit pieces in white wine at least 2 hours

On a small amount of olive oil fry the rabbit until it will turn brown. Sprinkle with flour and add a glass of warm vegetable broth.
