Cooking

step-0
In advance, remove from refrigerator butter to make it soft. Add to it the sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk until fluffy. Separate the yolks from the whites (the whites will not be needed), add to the oil mass, to pour the cognac and all the beat again. Add starch and stir. Add portions sifted flour with baking powder. Add the necessary parts, because the flour is different, and may need not all.
step-1
Knead soft, dont stick to hands dough and cover with plastic wrap, not to severalise.
step-2
Separated from the common piece of dough 1/3 and roll out into a thin layer with a thickness of 4 mm. With the dough easy to work on the silicone Mat. When rolling out I didn't propylaia flour. To cut glass circles. Also to do with the remaining batter. Should have 60 units of slices. The output of finished cookies 30 PCs.
step-3
Transfer the tortillas onto a baking tray covered with baking paper at a distance from each other. Bake at 180* 10 min. the cookies rolled thicker, you may need more time for baking. Ready cookies should be light Golden color.
step-4
Collect cookies. To do this, one cookie spread with condensed milk and cover it second. Glued biscuits to lubricate the condensed milk along the seam. Ride a cookie wheel on the envelop. I used: sesame seeds, walnuts, poppy seeds, coconut and sprinkles.
step-5
Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and enjoy....))) Bon appetit!!!
