Very tasty it turns out this stew with white beans. I Blanche the beans from the Mistral. Tip: very convenient to cook a lot of beans, cool it, package in small bags or containers and freeze. Then removed and thawed at room temperature is very comfortable, I do.

Hot stew can be a separate dinner (served it with sour cream or any cream sauce). And this stew is a great side dish for fish, meat or chicken! And the whole family happy!
