Cooking
Here all the ingredients together (except cheese and tagliatelle). The first thing we'll do tomatoes, they should pour boiling water, peel and seeds. Cut into small cubes. Garlic chopped, Basil chopped.
The garlic and Basil combine with tomatoes, salt, pepper, add the olive oil, vinegar, lim. juice and oregano. Mix well. Set aside (slightly marinate). p.s. If our tomatoes leave for 1-2 hours to marinate, they will become even tastier.
Meanwhile put the water for our pasta. When it boils, add salt and a little olive oil. Boil the spaghetti/tagliatelle until al'dente state (my in-store cooked 2-3 minutes).
How cook spaghetti/tagliatelle, you can add a piece of butter (so delicious). Spread the pasta portioned into bowls, add Parmesan cheese, lightly stir, spread on top of our tomatoes and chopped Basil. That's all, Bon appetit!
