Description

Carrots braised with prunes in a microwave
Easy to prepare carrots. Gives a very original taste.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Prunes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater

Prunes pour boiling water for 20 minutes. Then, if you have bones to clean them and cut into pieces

To put the prepared food into the pan and stir

add salt and sugar, mix well. Pour the milk and cover. Cook at a power of 800 W 10-12 minutes.

During cooking stir occasionally

After switching off allow to stand in microwave for 5 minutes and serve. When serving sprinkle with dill. Since the parsley will not be combined with the soft taste of food.
