Cooking
Cut the meat "on the bone" (lamb or beef) into large chunks. Salt generously and leave for 30min. More dish to add salt is not necessary.
Yam cut into large long slices.
Bell pepper remove seeds and cut lengthwise into eight pieces.
Carrots cut into large rings.
Onion cut into four parts.
Tomatoes large chop half-rings.
Coarsely chop cilantro and parsley.
To prepare 1 liter of light beer.
Black peas and a Bay leaf handy.
All of this should look like this!
Now lay the ingredients in a saucepan with a thick bottom in the following order: first, the meat.
And now, of course, potatoes!
Meat, onions, carrots, potatoes.
Then again, peppers and tomatoes!
Pour beer and laying the herbs.
Pour on top of peas and Bay leaf.
And set to simmer for 2.5 hours, after boiling. Not boiling, but simmering is the main in this dish!
