Khashlama on beer
Khashlama is indescribably delicious Armenian dish. Is cooked on the stove or on an open fire.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    1.2 kg

  • Pepper

    0.8 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Cilantro

    0.2 kg

  • Parsley

    0.2 kg

  • Black pepper

    50 g

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Beer

    1 l

Cut the meat "on the bone" (lamb or beef) into large chunks. Salt generously and leave for 30min. More dish to add salt is not necessary.
