Turtles are famous for their slowness... there is this salad you need, slowly, enjoying the delicate, slightly sharp and salty taste. Well, we're Tortilla will take part in the contest "Scarlett March 8".

Cooking
Onion cut into half rings, marinate: vinegar + sugar + vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Leave for an hour to marinate, then drain.
Boil the rice, I take in packages, because it is well cooked and is not sticky.
The eggs mix with the rice, chopped eggs and onions (I added eggs, because I like it more).
Put the mass into a hemispherical shape, well compacted.
Then gently flip the bowl on tray or large platter.
Then begins the process of decorating the armour: from salmon make small rolls, spread on a pile of lettuce, a bit of their pritupova inside. Between them lay the cut along black olives.
Banana cut in half - is the head of a turtle. A little sprinkle with lemon juice so the banana turned black. Also cut out the foot.
Eyes cloves, her mouth and nose, simply cut with a knife. Hat - top of the lemon. The banana in this salad acts solely as decoration, it can then eat for dessert :)
