Fruit and carrot cocktail.
Nectarines peel. Cut the banana and nectarines pieces, grind in a blender until smooth.
Carrot three on a small grater. Squeeze juice. Or skip through the juicer.
To the fruit puree, add carrot juice, ice cream or cottage cheese.
Pour into a glass and entertained kids!
