Potatoes with mushrooms in the oven
On some website I found the recipe new potato, stressed the need, identified important and decided to share with you. Can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 pinch

Rinse the potatoes and mushrooms. New potatoes a bit clean a clean sponge for washing dishes or a knife. Especially zealous not worth it, because the skin is very thin and baked very appropriate

On a buttered cookie sheet spread the mixture and send in a preheated 200-220* oven. Sent for 40 -50 minutes, stirring occasionally

In the meantime, prepare sauce. At home without meat food is not food, but at Your request, this sauce can be prepared without meat or substitute pork for beef, chicken or Turkey. 1. Fry the pork for about 10 minutes 2. Add the onions and fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat 3. Add sour cream and cream and simmer on low heat for about 7-10 minutes. Add salt, spices 4. 2 minutes before ready add the chopped parsley. 5. Off. Allow to stand for a few minutes.
