Sometimes even in the summer I want something... kind of "brutal" in the menu, the usual, but with new accents. When I am on my third day in a row I hear that there are no special requests, no one has, we recall at once the magical homemade recipes as lender of last resort, like mashed potatoes, fried potatoes... or potato pancakes. Bramboraky is pancakes in Czech, with its peculiarities and subtleties. Most of the male half of humanity would not refuse to watch football with a cold beer and a bit of sugar bramborami! Cooking
Bacon (bacon) cut into small cubes or strips.
