On the website of the salads with the same name very much, but there absolutely other ingredients, this salad something in common with the nostalgic "Mimosa", but it's not. Once upon a time shared this recipe one friend, when I ate this salad for the first time, I thought it was airy and almost weightless, very very delicate - hence the name. And now, on the eve of the New year I want to share them with you, dear cooks! This is a series of flaky, tasty and not very expensive recipes.

Cooking
Eggs and carrots pre-boil, to cook all foods (apologies for the photo quality, made in the afternoon, and the light we turned off).
