Dessert
An amazing dessert! Tender and fragrant. The consistency is similar to thick custard.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cognac

    25 ml

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks.

To the yolks add sugar,

melted butter and cognac.

Stir intensely with a fork. Add the sifted flour and

slightly beat with a mixer.

Pour the warm milk and stir the batter with a mixer until smooth.

Beat the whites with the salt in a solid foam and

add to the batter.

Very gently mix to obtain a homogeneous dough but not to destroy the lightness of whipped egg whites.

Pour into the oiled dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 170-180C. In an electric oven on the middle shelf at 180-190 C - convection mode. "Milla" is prepared as long as the base will not be quite dense, and the surface will resemble custard.
