Cooking
From mushrooms to remove the legs.
Garlic cleaned, cut, put in a mortar, add a pinch of dried Basil, salt and softened butter.
Grind into a homogeneous mass.

Add to the sausage cream cheese, chopped green onions, a little salt and season with freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
Pull from the oven the mushrooms. The oven does not turn off. Give the mushrooms a little to cool. Fill the resulting filling.
Each fungus sprinkle grated on a fine grater cheese. Put in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
