Delicious appetizer with eggplant and mushrooms
Delicious, fast, just, in the summer - it's all about her, a vegetable dish with mushrooms! The starters are very light, with a spicy taste, freshness - sure to find a place at your table or in the picnic basket!

Wash the zucchini, eggplant and celery, dry. Slice the zucchini and eggplant first rings, and then cubes, the skin is not clean!!! Celery chop plates.

Spread eggplant, zucchini and celery in a bowl for the microwave, cover with a lid and put at a power of 900 W for 3 minutes. After the tone, mix and cook for another 4 minutes at full power. Drain the water and cover with lid.

Chop and fry the oyster mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil over high heat.

For the sauce mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, wine vinegar and honey to taste. Oyster hot put in vegetables and cover with the sauce, add the chopped greens, chili rings to taste and the tomatoes, stir.

And allow to cool, stirring in the process. If you have time - put in the fridge for a night snack tastes even better.
