The spring rolls
Good spicy appetizer. Wonderful and simple!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Most importantly, thinly slice and fry our zucchini or squash and dry them from the oil!

On a grater grate the carrots and add the cottage cheese and feta, all mix.

To vegetable mixture add finely cut greens and pureed garlic.

Put the filling and roll into rolls.
