I don't like complicated recipes that take a few hours. And already began to notice that the simpler - the better. These juicy, flavorful, delicious mushrooms I cook very often. And just to dinner and on the table for a snack, if suddenly guests... And now, in the post, almost every day. And I always hear "I Want your mushrooms!" So I just called. Faster recipe for cooking mushrooms (and, to me, more palatable) I have not tried. The taste is so rich and varied! With garlic resembles the grill chicken, with dill - fried cakes with green onions - potato chips... And no one can guess how I cook them. Try it once and you just say: "I Want more!"

Cooking
All you need to do is wash the mushrooms and pour in a bowl the flour.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Average mushroom I cut into 4 pieces. Very thin cut is not necessary! I have pieces that are about 5-7mm thick.
Mushrooms need salt (lightly!) and wait a minute until they give off a little juice. A minute - no more! And do not salt much, even if you love very salty. If salt will seem a little better to salt the finished dish.
Now each piece carefully, from all sides, I rolled in flour.
In hot sunflower oil, spread the pieces of mushrooms. There is one downside to this recipe - you need a hood, as a little can burn the flour. The fire should be medium. Fast fire strongly burning, and slow - cooked (we don't need them!). Fry until Golden brown.
If you fry a big batch, we decided to change the oil in a frying pan.
Once spread on a dish. No need to dry on the mesh or on a paper towel - mushrooms do not take extra oil.
