Since the first time I ate mushrooms raw, in any other species, except fresh, don't even want to eat them. There are many beautiful recipes for braised and baked stuffed mushrooms. I represent your attention fresh, crispy mushrooms with a fragrant stuffing of goat cheese. A single gram of excess fat, a great cold snack for the discerning palate.
