A hearty and delicious salad, perfect for a regular dinner, and festive.
Ingredients

Pickled cucumber

Cooking
Beans rinse, drain from water and put in a Cup.
Sweet pepper wash, dry, remove seeds and stalk, cut into small cubes and add to beans.
Olives cut into halves, put in a Cup.
Pickles cut into cubes greatest, add to the salad.
Cilantro or parsley wash, dry, finely chop and add to bowl.
Add the beef, cut into small cubes.
Season salad to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, crushed garlic and vegetable oil.
It will be nice if you give the salad a little brew, but it can be eaten at once.
