Description
I wanted to yesterday, buckwheat porridge, but not simple, but with some wypowiadam, invented here such roll. It was very tasty! Quite rich, can be a separate dish, and can be a side dish, or instead of bread with soup in General - at Your discretion!

Cooking
First you need to prepare buckwheat cereal (you choose Your favorite method, I boiled in a small amount of water), oil put!
Fresh mushrooms finely chopped, I added some dried porcini mushrooms, to smell, to prisolit, fry in a little olive oil until excess liquid is evaporated.
Finely chop the garlic, onion and carrots finely chopped, add the mushrooms, saute all together until the vegetables are tender, may need to add some more! oil.
To mushrooms, add heavy cream or sour cream (I cream), stir, put out more (until thick), add salt and spices to taste.
Cheese (I - Maasdam) to RUB on a small grater.
In eggs add dry herbs, salt, a little stir.
To the eggs add the prepared and cooled buckwheat and half (or 2/3 parts) of the grated cheese.
Leftover cheese spread evenly over the form or baking sheet (you can use wax paper or just grease the pan with oil, I cooked in a silicone form, so it does not greased).
Put the buckwheat-curd, I made one end slightly thinner than the other, then it easier to fold into a roll.
Bake in a preheated oven 175 deg. for about 15 minutes.
Pull out, cool slightly, sprinkle the mushroom stuffing.
Roll wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the cold for a few hours.
