Cooking
Eggplant cleaned, cut, add salt, let stand for a few minutes. Rinse, squeeze well, grind pepper and onion, add the finely worn carrots, eggs, flour, butter baking powder, mix well! Don't forget salt, spices, garlic, but I think it's understandable!
To fold into shape, covered with baking paper
Bake at 200 C until cooked
