MY DEBUT ON THIS SITE! STARTED TO PREPARE THE MUSHROOMS, AND THEN DECIDED TO TAKE PICTURES AND TRY TO POST THIS RECIPE! THIS RECIPE I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND TOOK! AND COOK IS FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND JUST THE MOOD! VERY TASTY! TRY it!

COOK MUSHROOMS UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY.
MUSHROOMS CUT INTO CUBES, AND THROW FIRST TO THE FRYING PAN WITH VEGETABLE OIL. THEN THE ONION, ALSO DICED (WHATEVER YOU LIKE TO CUT, ALL THE SAME GRIND IN A MEAT GRINDER OR BLENDER)WHEN THE MIXTURE STARTS GILDED SALT AND PEPPER AND SPRINKLE WITH MUSHROOM CUBE (THIS IS OPTIONAL).
CHEESE AND FINISHED BROWNING THE MINCE IN A MEAT GRINDER OR BLENDER, UNTIL SMOOTH.
HERE'S THE STUFFING TURNED OUT.
TAKE, ALREADY COLD HATS OF MUSHROOMS AND STUFF WITH STUFFING. SOMETHING LIKE THESE SHOULD WORK!
NOW THE TOP OF THE MUSHROOMS DROP INTO THE BREADCRUMBS
APPROXIMATELY SO SHOULD LOOK.
ON A FLAT PLATE (OR BAKING, IF THE OVEN)PUT THE STUFFED MUSHROOMS, PUT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 10 MINUTES IN COMBINATION MODE (COMBI+GRILL)OR IN THE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES.
