Description
Saw this recipe in the advertisement of the products of the store "REWE". A dish for lovers of melon with bacon, melon with bacon or pineapple with ham. I liked it, the husband said: "the Original! you can periodically repeat," the daughter said, "Ugh!" So - a matter of taste (and finances, of course)...

Cooking
Pears wash, cut off the upper third of a stalk, with a spoon take out the pulp. From pulp remove seeds, chop to pieces (with juice), add slices of cheese, and mix (salt is not necessary). Fill the pears with the filling, close cut tops.
Turn on the oven at 180*C. Wrap each pear in a slice of bacon (in my opinion, and two slices), set in a small form, bake at 180-190*C for 15-20 minutes. While the pears bake, make the sauce: mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper - whisk until smooth. Then make a salad "pillow": put lettuce in a salad bowl, add the remains of the filling - pear and cheese (I left about 1 tbsp filling), sprinkle with sauce.
Ready pears spread on the lettuce, pour the sauce
... and served hot "piping hot" on the table. Original, beautiful, but not for everybody!
