Cooking
Finely chopped onion and carrot, fry for five minutes in olive oil. Cut into cubes potatoes, parsed into florets of cauliflower. From stuffing make meatballs. Put them into 2 quarts of boiling water, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 20 minutes. Then add potatoes, cabbage and cracklings. Five minutes before end of cooking add grated cheese. Decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
