The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user alla61 called "Mushroom in wine sauce" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Mushrooms are well washed and cut into slices. I love not too small, so a major cut in half, small left whole.
In a saucepan, mix the wine, water, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Add salt and sugar to taste (for my taste it turned out 1 tsp of each). Then put Bay leaf and pepper, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
In the boiling marinade put the prepared mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Allow to cool in broth and drain in a colander.
Cooked mushrooms put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with green onions and parsley. Bon appetit!
