Cooking
Cut the garlic, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven, wrapped in foil, until done.
Cut the onions, fry in olive oil, peel roasted garlic and add to the skillet. Stir in the cardamom and nutmeg, salt and Pepper. Add the Bay leaf.
Chop potatoes, add to the skillet. Pour the cream and add water. Cover and cook 25 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, fry the bread with olive oil. Fry sunflower seeds. I still have the lavender color ( but not necessarily)
Divide soup into a puree, adjusting the thickness with water. Add salt ( if needed) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bring to a boil. I always pour a teaspoon of sugar. It gives a little sweet, a touch of garlic... Mmmm... It's delicious! Begin to collect our soup!
I decorated with toasted bread and seeds and a spoon of truffle oil...
