Mushrooms in Greek
Recipe found on the Internet, so I'm not sure his affiliation to Greece. Was very fragrant, tasty dish. I hope someone come in handy for meatless diet.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Mushrooms

  • Seasoning

  • Green onions

  • Lemon juice

    5 ст. л.

  • Cumin

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Coriander

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    1/2 ч. л.

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Dill

  • Water

    300 мл

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

Take a saucepan, pour the water, put the "Bouquet Garni", coriander, cumin, black pepper peas, salt, lemon juice. "Bouquet Garni" consists of parsley, thyme, celery and Bay leaf.

Add the sunflower oil with olive "Oleyna" and chopped green onion. Put it on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

My mushrooms, small leave whole. I have a very large, so cut them slices.

Strain the marinade is ready, pour them mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes on low heat.
