Sausage and cucumbers cut into sticks
Cheese and red onion cut into small dice
Greens chop, chicken cut into small cubes. Add if necessary salt.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard, vinegar and mixture of peppers. Stir dressing and add to salad. Gently mix the salad and put it in portion glasses.
