My beloved loves the dishes of mushrooms, so I love to experiment different ways of cooking. Once I caught the eye of such is the simple recipe that I decided to use for a debut on my favorite Boy =)

Cooking
Mushrooms (I take not very large) rinse in tap water and well to dry.
That's what we'll need for the batter. I used wheat flour but this time I decided to try the corn: it turned out even tastier.
You need to beat the eggs and add to them 1 table. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Dissolve the flour beer and pour in the egg mixture. There also add grated on a coarse grater cheese, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in a deep pan, I use a small katancik. Each mushroom dipped in batter and fried.
Then remove with a slotted spoon prepared mushrooms and drain off the excess oil. Battered mushrooms can bring to the table. :) They are tasty even when cooled. Tip: the beer you can substitute a dry white wine, then the dish should acquire a more delicate taste and aroma. Next time I will try. :-*
