Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Quail egg

  • Cream

    200 г

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Truffle

    1 ст. л.

Prepare the necessary products.

Chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry in olive oil. Add soy sauce and pepper. Once the liquid evaporates, add a tablespoon of truffle oil (if you have one, of course).

To put the mushrooms in tins for baking. Pour in the cream.

The cream should lightly coat the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

To drive one (and two) quail egg. Protein pour in the cream, it should not be visible on the snack.
