Cooking
For starters I chose the cheese "Russian" from Belebeevsky dairy plant. Grate it on a grater
Finely chop the olives and sun-dried tomatoes, add Italian herbs
Mix cheese with olives and sun-dried tomatoes, mash by hand, adding a teaspoon of oil from sun-dried tomatoes
Shape from the resulting mass balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour, and serve
