Potato soup with croutons and bacon
Here's a lovely soup I made today. This delicate soup is not complicated ingredients. Quickly prepared and taste amazing.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Garlic

  • Coriander

    1 ч. л.

  • Nutmeg

    1 ч. л.

  • Bakery products

  • Pepper

  • Cream

    100 мл

  • Bacon

Finely chop the onion, garlic, half a yellow sweet pepper. Fry in a mixture of butter and olive oil. For even Browning. Add chopped potatoes and cover with water at 1 cm above the potatoes.

Add the Bay leaf. Pepper. Add nutmeg and coriander.

Cook until tender. Pour 100 ml of cream, bring to boil again and remove from heat.

Use immersion blender or any other kitchen appliances will turn it into cream soup. Density adjust at their discretion. Gustavito - add boiled water. Add salt to taste and pour in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Slice the bread, baguette or any ( favorite or just slightly stale) white bread and toast them in olive oil, adding half finely chopped garlic.

It remains only to assemble the soup. Fry the slices of bacon. Dry on a paper towel. Put to the soup. Add to soup a little bit of croutons and pour a teaspoon of olive oil. Bon appetit!
