Beautiful, elegant appetizer suitable for both everyday and festive table. Puff pastry, roasted mushrooms and greens complement each other, emphasizing the individuality of each of them.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    1/8 ч. л.

  • Puff pastry

Mushrooms clean and wipe with a damp cloth. Cut into small cubes.

Melt the butter, add the sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, pepper and thyme.

Fry on medium heat until it boils away all the liquid, and the mushrooms will not become a Golden color. Cool.

Wash the herbs and grind in a blender.

Puff pastry roll out into a rectangle measuring 40 by 30. Cut across the width into 2 equal parts measuring 20 by 30. On the dough put the stuffing. I center laid out the greens, and the sides - mushroom stuffing. Roll, starting with long side. Put in freezer for 20 minutes (can be frozen for later use). Then slice the dough with a seam width of 1 cm.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. If using frozen preparation, cooking time increase. Delicious warm or chilled.
