Tasty liver salad with a new flavor. The result of my experiments.
Ingredients

Beef liver

Kiwi

Cucumber

Mushrooms

Garlic

Carrots
1 шт

Salt
-
Mayonnaise
Cooking
Liver boil, to grate.
Carrots grate and fry in vegetable oil.
Cucumbers cut into cubes. Garlic skip through the press. Kiwi cut into cubes.
Mix all ingredients, add salt, mayonnaise.
